What Knoxx collects, how it's used, and what it will never do with it.
What we collect
Your email and password for account access. The reflections, voice recordings, and messages you create inside Knoxx. Continuity data — memories, intentions, and behavioral patterns you provide. Usage events to improve the system.
What we do not collect
We do not track you across other websites. We do not collect your contacts, location, or device identifiers beyond what is necessary for the service to function.
How your data is used
Your data powers your personal Knoxx experience — generating your Future Self's responses, maintaining continuity memory, and improving alignment across sessions. It is never used to train AI models. It is never sold to third parties.
Storage and security
All data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure with row-level security. Access is scoped to your individual account. Passwords are hashed. Voice samples are processed through ElevenLabs and stored only for the duration required to generate your voice clone.
Third-party services
We use OpenAI and Anthropic to generate your Future Self's responses. We use ElevenLabs for voice cloning and Stripe to process payments. These services receive only the minimum data required — no personal identifiers beyond what is necessary for each feature to function.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently. To exercise either right, contact us at privacy@knoxx.ai.
Data retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we purge your data within 30 days.
