Terms of Use
Effective 2026. These govern your use of Knoxx and your relationship with the system.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Knoxx you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Knoxx is
Knoxx is a continuity interface — a tool for personal reflection and long-term self-awareness. It is not a therapeutic service, medical device, or licensed mental-health product. Use it as a tool for intention, not diagnosis.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One account per person.
Your data
You own everything you put into Knoxx — your reflections, voice, memories, and intentions. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train models. See our Privacy page for details.
Acceptable use
Do not use Knoxx to harm yourself or others. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the system. Do not share access to your account.
Service availability
We aim for continuity, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or pause the service. We will communicate significant changes in advance.
Limitation of liability
Knoxx is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at this page.
